![]() ![]() Perhaps a call to the business in advance of driving there might be warranted if you need a particular product. We pour milk onto a icy grill to create our ice cream goodness. I would name the other locations, but this forum is not for endorsement of competing businesses. Our ice cream rolls are handmade by our Freezing Moo employees. ![]() However, since there are other places in Wichita that offer a similar product, i.e., nitrogen-made ice cream, we suggest you not take the risk of going to Freezing Moo, especially if you need dairy free alternatives. It is relatively expensive, but if you can get what you want, we were willing to pay the price. I am torn as to how to rate this place because it is fun for all ages to watch the preparation and our previous visit found the ice cream makers to be engaging and fun to watch. We left and went to another ice cream place where we were greeted by friendly personnel who could meet our needs. If this venue wants to attract people they need to manage it so that everyone can enjoy the product. They only get delivery twice per week and we came on the wrong day. However, on a Wednesday evening, we were curtly informed by the not-so-hospitable counter person that they were out of the dairy free alternative. My wife needs dairy free ice cream and when we found this place we were happy because it offers dairy free alternatives. This would have been a second visit for us, but one of many for our children and grandchildren because they live in Wichita. We travelled over 80 miles to Wichita for a nice dinner followed by ice cream at Freezing Moo. ![]()
